Pocholo Gonzales aka The VoiceMaster, will hold a lecture-workshop on August 12, 2009 from 1-2:30 pm at the Pulungang Claro M. Recto, Bulwagang Rizal (Faculty Center), UP Diliman. This is free of charge and everyone is invited to attend.

A professional Voice Artist and Voice Director, Pocholo is the voice behind popular Anime characters we see on television and thousands of Radio and TV Ads. A Dubbing Director for HERO TV and Cinema One. He also voiced for DAYO Movie, the first 3d and 2d Full Length Filipino Movie. He is also the founder of CreatiVoices Productions , CreatiVisions Productions and CreativEvents Management Inc. He's also the Founder and Chairman of Voice of the Youth Network and Society of Young Voice Artists of the Philippines.

He revolutionize the Voice Over industry in the Philippines by professionalizing the Art of Voice Acting through his Voice Over School, The Philippine Center for Voice Acting which organize VOICEWORX! Voice Acting and Dubbing Workshop. He graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication.

This lecture-workshop is part of the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts.
